Fair is just around the corner (eek!). For all of you amazing people bringing items to the fair please come to building 1 on Sunday the 18th between 1-6 pm.
Here’s the crib notes of what’s happening when, and what you can do to help. (All of this is happening at the same place building 1)
Sunday 18th 1-6 Bring your items in
- Judging (we may need 1-2 assistants for the judge)
- Displaying judged items (many hands make light work!)
Tuesday-Saturday 20th-24th 10am-10pm On going demonstrations
- Wednesday is kids day and we will have hands on projects for the children. If you have a project you can bring or are willing to wrangle kids please let me know.
- There are 30 tickets available for those who come and demonstrate for at least 4 hours. Please email me at re*************@gm***.com to let me know when you can demonstrate and what time. Tickets need to be picked up before fair please.
Sunday 25th 8-10 am
- Take apart department (we will need extra hands for this)
- Pick up your items. There will be a chance to send your items up to the fair in Ritzville if interested.
- If you are unable to pick up items between 8 and 10 please make prior arrangements with Rebecca Harkins.
- Your cooperation on this crazy morning (hauling sheep starting at 6, dismantling the department, returning items and props) is much appreciated.
- Department will be closed at 10 am sharp or when the last item has been picked up.
