Due to a miscommunication the classes scheduled for March and April didn’t make it into the newsletter.
There is only a few days left to sign up for the bread basket weaving class held Mar 16 @ 9:30-3:00. Cost is $11. Sign up through the website. Class is limited to 6 so hurry before all of the slots are gone. This is the first basketry class in a LONG time and I can’t wait.
By the Breed Spinning class will be held April 13 @ 9:00-12:00. 5 breeds of wool will be supplied with class fee. Sign up and bring your spinning wheel and learn the breed histories, washing techniques, how to spin different types of yarn, what fiber is best for your project, etc. Fee of $50 includes everything you need but your spinning wheel. This is not a beginning spinning class but you do not need to be an expert in order to attend. Sign-up is on the website.
