BACKGROUND:
- This year, a handful of DFA members have joined the Jane Stafford Textiles Online Guild.
- They want to meet to help each other cover the lessons in online videos.
- Since they are learning a lot about designing their own textiles, they have shared some of what they have enjoyed with the folks in the 4+More Weaving Study Group.
We discussed sharing those videos with the 4+More Group so we checked with Jane Stafford. She said she cannot stop us, but she asked us NOT to share the videos with folks who have not joined her Online Guild, since those memberships are how she makes a living.
So instead, we’re forming an encouragement group for members of Jane’s Online Guild, in addition to the 4+More Weaving Study. The Jane Stafford Group needs to be open only to folks who have joined her Guild. The 4+More Weaving Study Group will continue to welcome anyone interested in the monthly topics.
