Fair Deadline

Fair – Deadline for entries for the fair is August 1.
Things have been up in the air this year and the fair has been having trouble with some of the paperwork so
hopefully it will all work out. We will give it our best shot and enjoy what we can. I will need help with take
in and setup and with judging. I will split the judging into little parts so that it isn’t a marathon for any one

The Challenge this year is History of Fiber. This encompasses any and all traditional Fiber Arts – use your
imaginations and your history books. This could be traditional fibers prepared in the traditional way or
traditional designs, or traditional construction methods.
We would love to have demonstrators and if you are interested, please contact me. The same rules would be
in place – 4 hours demonstrating for an entry ticket. It hasn’t been finalized yet if we will be able to have
demonstrators or how many or in what format so I will have to let those interested know once the time gets
closer. We will do our best to make it a workable environment for everyone.
