Fall Fashion Fiber Arts Sale
The latest newsletter from the Woolery had an interesting article about how this is the time to start “your holiday gift crafting plans”! This idea can also apply to making items for the November DFA sale; hard to believe but November 1st will be here before you know it!! The newsletter also included a Christmas Gift Crafting Worksheet that listed Projects, Things Needed, Stash, Shopping, Time Estimate (how long to make project) and Goal Date, another idea than can be applied to making items for the sale Make a list of items you would like to make for the sale, supplies you have on hand and supplies you need to purchase and start crafting. In late August or early September we will have a special meeting addressing any questions you may have on finishing, pricing, and what to do when something goes wrong! Watch for date and details.
Take-In for the sale will happen around the third week in October, the exact dates/days will be announced later. Your items should be ‘sale’ ready when presented for take-in.
