At this point we had three engineers and five weavers.
The crucial person was the engineer in the bottom picture with the instruction manual in front of him. He spent hours sitting on a bench reading one sentence at a time as everyone else found the parts required and put them in place. If necessary he repeated the reading again and again.
And the loom went together.
