Pop by the studio to check out the progress of our EG2 Project. Ophir will be here beginning the first full week of June to assemble “Bendiches Manos: Blessed Hands”.
Ophir will be arriving late on June 5th or mid-day June 6th. Here tentative studio schedule is: Monday through Thursday 10 am to 4 pm and Friday 10 am to 1pm. She is planning a daily lunch break.Videographers will be in the studio on Thursday, June 9 for documenting EG2 for Maryhill.
We need worker bees in the studio working on flowers, fishtails, hands, river, rocks, sprang, railroads & all elements of our sculpture. Ophir will be interviewed!

- Exhibit Opening, Artist’s Talk & Reception for DFA & REACH June 24th 5pm-7pm
- Opening Weekend at the REACH June 25th & 26th
- DFA Demos & Hands-on activities at the REACH June 25th 10:00am- noon
- DFA demos & hands-on activities at the REACH June 26th noon- 2pm
- Take-down at the REACH July 31st (tentatively)
- Transport to Maryhill August 1 (tentatively)
- Maryhill Installation & EG2 Culminating Event August 6 10am to 4 pm
- Artist Reception at Balch Hotel in Dufer, Or 7pm to 9pm
- Maryhill takedown August 31st (tentatively)
Sharon O is organizing the demonstrations & docents for the REACH on June 25th & 26th. Contact Sharon if you’d like to volunteer. Opportunities are available to volunteer for Hands-on activities at Maryhill on August 6th.
