Weave a Potholder—November 2, 12-3 PM

Do you remember making loop potholders on looms for our moms when we were kids? Moms and their kids still need potholders which are making a comeback. Use your woven potholders in creative ways besides in the kitchen; they can be coasters, trivets or placemats, purses, pillows and even ottoman covers.

Lissa Staven will lead the workshop which Includes an 18 X 18 peg metal loom from Harrisville Designs, loops for extra potholders, hooks, and handout with patterns, tips and tricks. Workshop size is limited to 10 students, so be sure to sign up early! Cost $25, ages 12 and up.  Children 12 – 15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult.
